Our servers cannot be used for anything that is deemed illegal by law. This includes:

• Carrying out DDoS or brute force attacks
• Running or hosting any botnet related command and control servers
• IP spoofing
• Port scanning (including Zmap)
• Sending unsolicited emails or malware distribution (email abuse, spam)
• Hosting phishing websites

If any of your services are found to be breaking the above terms, they will be terminated immediately.

Torrenting is allowed with our servers. However, please note that there is monthly bandwidth in place to prevent possible hogging or abusive usage.

It is suggested to put a speed limit on your torrent client.

Mailing port (25) is blocked by default to prevent any possible abusive actions. In cases where the customer requires the port to be opened, justifications are required. We have the right to refuse your request or block ports if they are deemed unnecessary.

Mass mailing is not accepted. You will not distribute, publish, send, or facilitate sending unsolicited mass e-mail or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations (spam). You will not alter mail headers or assume a sender's identity without explicit permission.

Customers must not use system resources in a way that negatively impacts other customers on shared infrastructure.

Excessive resource usage that affects service quality for other customers may result in service throttling or suspension.

Customers are solely responsible for all content hosted on their services and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services hosting illegal, harmful, or objectionable content at our sole discretion.
