You may use any of our services, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the country the service resides in. In order to access any services, you are required to provide current and accurate identification, contact information, and other details as part of the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of your account information, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You are solely responsible for all content on your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your account secure.

We may cancel or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason without notice. Upon cancellation or suspension, your right to use the service will stop immediately. You may not have access to data that you stored on the service after we suspend or terminate the service. You are responsible for backing up your data that you use with the service. By accessing or using our website hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

You agree that any violations listed in our Acceptable Use Policy are considered prohibited usage and may result in immediate account suspension and/or termination without compensation.

Intentional or malicious violations of our Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination and a ban from any further service.

Contact Information

• Clients must provide their legitimate name and surname and residential address when registering an account.
• P.O. Boxes and non-residential or mail forwarding addresses are not accepted.
• A valid phone number is recommended but not required for registration.
• Registration and order placement must take place from the client's residential ISP.
• Account details must match information provided by payment method.
• All modifications to account details require a ticket to our billing department.

Restrictions

• Clients may not open multiple personal accounts under any circumstance.
• Clients may not give other persons access to their accounts.
• Clients may not change the name on their account to another individual.

Invoicing

• Invoices for recurring services will be issued ten (10) days in advance of the due date.
• Unpaid services will be suspended four (4) days past the due date on the service.
• Unpaid services will be terminated twenty-one (21) days past the due date on the service.

Account Credit

• Account credit does not expire and cannot be transferred from one client to another.
• Existing account credit will automatically be applied towards further generated invoices until exhausted.
• Add Funds invoices may be created upon request via the ticket system.
• Account credit may not be withdrawn or cashed out in the form of a refund or other payment.

PayPal

• PayPal transactions are eligible for refund within 3 days of the initial order payment.
• PayPal payments must originate from a verified PayPal account.

Credit/Debit Cards

• Credit Card transactions are eligible for refund within 3 days of the initial order payment.

Cryptocurrency

• Bitcoin, Monero, Litecoin, DASH, and DOGE cryptocurrency payments are accepted.
• Cryptocurrency payments are not eligible for refunds.

Alipay / Other Methods

• Alipay payments are not eligible for refunds.
• Other payment methods may have specific terms that apply.

Software Licenses

• Payments for software licenses are not eligible for refunds.
• Hosting plan downgrades within your billing cycle are not eligible for account credits.
• Licensed accounts and add-ons are non-refundable when canceled outside the normal refund window.

Lifetime Accounts

• Lifetime Accounts are not eligible for any sort of refund or account credit.
• Lifetime Services may not be transferred.

Chargebacks / Disputes

• Chargebacks and disputes against any payment will result in immediate suspension of all services on the account until the dispute is removed. At our discretion, all services may be terminated without compensation.

Service Provisioning

• Orders are provisioned during business hours provided that contact information and payment are in accordance with the Terms of Service.
• Orders placed outside business hours are provisioned within 24 hours.
• If contact information or payment are not in accordance with Terms of Service, the order will be placed on hold.
• Orders that remain on hold for more than 24 hours with no response will be cancelled.
• Orders that remain unpaid for more than 24 hours are automatically removed from the system.

Service Modification

• Service modification cannot be performed on or past the service's due date.
• Downgrade modifications will deposit the difference to account credit.
• Upgrade modifications will be billed for the difference and applied once settled.

Service Transfer

An existing service may be transferred to another client provided the following conditions are met:

• The service must be active for at least three months.
• The service must not have any unpaid or overdue invoices.
• The service must not have any TOS/AUP violations on record.
• The initiating account must be in good standing.
• The receiving account must confirm acceptance of the transfer.
• The receiving account must not have any unpaid invoices.
• The receiving account must not have any TOS/AUP violations.

Service Cancellation

• Immediate cancellations are processed automatically the following morning.
• End of cycle cancellations are processed on the service's next due date.
• Once cancelled, all related data and backups are destroyed. This cannot be reversed.
• When cancelled before due date, the remainder is deposited to account credit.

Service Suspension

• When suspended, a service is brought offline and disabled from being powered on or accessed until the situation is resolved.

Service Termination

• Upon termination, all related data and backups are destroyed and IP addresses are released. This cannot be reversed.

Business Hours

• Support is provided 24 hours during weekdays. Weekend tickets are typically addressed within two hours.
• Billing department hours are standard business hours on weekdays. Prompt replies are not guaranteed after hours.
